工業平板電腦是一臺集成了主機、液晶顯示、觸摸屏為一體的機器,目前工業平板電腦常用的觸摸屏有電阻、電容、紅外等觸摸方式。工業平板電腦穩定可靠,擴展性強,被廣泛應用到自助終端、醫療儀器、工業控制、自動化設備、電信、電力、網絡、軌道交通等領域。
1、四線電(dian)(dian)阻屏:四線電(dian)(dian)阻屏在表面(mian)保護涂(tu)層(ceng)(ceng)和(he)基層(ceng)(ceng)之間覆著兩層(ceng)(ceng)透(tou)(tou)明(ming)電(dian)(dian)導層(ceng)(ceng)ITO,兩層(ceng)(ceng)分別對應(ying)X、Y軸,兩層(ceng)(ceng)之間用細微透(tou)(tou)明(ming)絕緣(yuan)顆(ke)粒(li)絕緣(yuan),當觸摸(mo)工業平板(ban)電(dian)(dian)腦的(de)屏幕(mu)時,產(chan)生的(de)壓力(li)致使兩導電(dian)(dian)層(ceng)(ceng)接通(tong),由于電(dian)(dian)阻值的(de)變化而得(de)到觸摸(mo)點的(de)X、Y坐標。
2、五線(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻屏(ping):五線(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻屏(ping)的基層(ceng)(ceng)之(zhi)上覆有把X、Y兩方(fang)向的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)場加在同一層(ceng)(ceng)的透(tou)明電(dian)(dian)(dian)導(dao)層(ceng)(ceng)ITO,外層(ceng)(ceng)鎳金(jin)導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)層(ceng)(ceng)只用來作純導(dao)體,當觸摸工業平板電(dian)(dian)(dian)腦的屏(ping)幕時,分(fen)時檢(jian)測(ce)內層(ceng)(ceng)ITO接觸點X軸和Y軸電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)值的方(fang)法測(ce)得(de)觸摸點的位置(zhi)。內層(ceng)(ceng)ITO需四條引線(xian),外層(ceng)(ceng)一條,共5根引線(xian)。
3、電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)屏(ping):電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)式觸(chu)摸屏(ping)由外而(er)內分別(bie)是玻璃保護(hu)層(ceng)(ceng)、導電(dian)(dian)層(ceng)(ceng)、不導電(dian)(dian)的玻璃屏(ping)、導電(dian)(dian)層(ceng)(ceng)。內的導電(dian)(dian)層(ceng)(ceng)為(wei)屏(ping)蔽層(ceng)(ceng),電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)連接(jie)到(dao)(dao)中間導電(dian)(dian)層(ceng)(ceng)四個角(jiao)或四條邊上,微小直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)散部在屏(ping)表面,形成(cheng)均勻之電(dian)(dian)場,用手觸(chu)工業平板電(dian)(dian)腦的屏(ping)幕時,人(ren)體(ti)作(zuo)為(wei)耦合(he)電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)一,電(dian)(dian)流(liu)從屏(ping)四角(jiao)匯集形成(cheng)耦合(he)電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)另一,通過控(kong)制器計算(suan)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)傳到(dao)(dao)碰觸(chu)位置的相對距離得到(dao)(dao)觸(chu)摸的坐標。
4、紅(hong)外(wai)(wai)觸(chu)(chu)摸:紅(hong)外(wai)(wai)觸(chu)(chu)摸屏(ping)是利用X、Y方向上密(mi)布的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)紅(hong)外(wai)(wai)線(xian)矩陣來檢(jian)測并定位(wei)用戶(hu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)觸(chu)(chu)摸。紅(hong)外(wai)(wai)觸(chu)(chu)摸屏(ping)在(zai)顯示器的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)前面安裝(zhuang)一(yi)個電(dian)路板外(wai)(wai)框,電(dian)路板在(zai)屏(ping)幕四邊排布紅(hong)外(wai)(wai)發射管(guan)和紅(hong)外(wai)(wai)接(jie)收(shou)管(guan),一(yi)一(yi)對應(ying)形成橫豎交叉的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)紅(hong)外(wai)(wai)線(xian)矩陣。當(dang)觸(chu)(chu)摸工業平板電(dian)腦的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)屏(ping)幕時,手指就會擋住(zhu)經(jing)過該位(wei)置(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)橫豎兩(liang)條紅(hong)外(wai)(wai)線(xian),因(yin)而(er)可以判(pan)斷出觸(chu)(chu)摸點在(zai)屏(ping)幕的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)位(wei)置(zhi)。任何工業一(yi)體機都可改變觸(chu)(chu)點上的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)紅(hong)外(wai)(wai)線(xian)而(er)實現觸(chu)(chu)摸屏(ping)操作。
